KFC AND MrD

I have choosen the incorrect method insteed of selecting the delivery but selected collection i called the call center to change to delivery which they advise that they cant and ask for cancellation but they said i cant cancel the order since the order has been processed and ready for a collection. l decided to pay a driver to go collect for me . when the driver arrived at the store they made him wait longer , then after waiting they told him that the order will be cancelled since what i ordered is not available i requested for the manager the manager said i have to choose something else for the same value. which the 4 chicken and chips which amount to the same amount as i ordered R94 when i checked the kfc menu and 4 chicken and chips is not one menu and is not what i wanted .
