Kfc and Mcds Pathetic! Promenade drive thru

I've had it! It's not the first 2nd or 3rd time, but why should I continously double check my orders every time I make use of the drivethru???? FRIDAY 29 April i placed and order and my MEAL didn't receive the cooldrink as the KITKAT crusher was handed to us first. Why do they take the slip from you? Im disgusted at the way we get treated really, but I won't tolerate it anymore. Mac Donalds again, SUNDAY evening 1st May, I was asked if the two kiddies meals should have juices and yes u answered, we got our order and the boxes were closed, when we got home there was no juice in thr boxes. Its unpleasant having to enjoy the food you just bought being angry that this has once again happend . It's happened to us more than 7 times or more but I wasn't going to let this happen again. Im more disappointed because one thinks overtime things will improve. There's many people willing and able to work with accuracy and urgency as they have responsibilities to tend too. Im not generalising but people are to laxed nowadays and forget that we too have jobs and need to deliver a service too. I will no longer complain to others but rather let the company's and franchises know of the type of service we as customers continually get.
