KFC and DSG staff not interested to sort out the problem

I received a call from Verquelene Marks from company DSG on 27 November 2024, stating that I had won R5000 in the July Sweepstakes. After supplying her with proof of Bank Account, I enquired about when I would receive the money. She stated 5 - 7 working days. After 2 weeks, I sent emails to her, requesting an update. I never received an update. Today, it is the 8th January and I have STILL not received the promised money
