KFC - ******* and a disgrace

KFC are ******* what an absolute disgrace.

On 21 Oct 2023 ive tried to make an online purchase from where it faild 3 times to process my order but still took my money. Ive tried calling customer care for hours they saw my transactions on there side but could only give me a reference number and said the 3x transactions will be returned. Its been more than 3 weeks and they only returned 1 transaction.
