kfc alexander is unprofessional

Yesterday 20/07/2018 i went to KFC Alexander Street in Isipingo,they were selling to us meat yet they new that they didn't have any.we ended up standing there for almost 30 minutes waiting for the chicken to be cooked.I don't understand why they don't cook the meat as soon as it's almost finished instead of waiting for it to be finished to the last piece and on top of that nobody was informing us as customers or apologiding for the delay.What a poor service for such a big restaurant!!!!
