KFC Alex mall worst service

Worst KFC ever, the manager/supervisor needs to do better, not sure if he was trained to never take accountability or….my experience with KFC Alex mall has never been pleasant even when I placed an order with Mr Delivery, my order had missing items, the other time I ordered 9 pieces of chicken only to get home to find that there’s only 8 pieces, went back to the store the following day as it was already late to go back the same day and the manager was just rude and showed zero remorse, this past Saturday, the chicken portions and dunked wings were fine but the burgers and wraps tasted funny, we couldn’t understand if it was the lettuce, tomato or the actual meat, it also smelled somehow and we went back to KFC only for the manager to not acknowledge their fault, how could it be that 3 people are saying the same thing about the taste, surely we are not mad to have to drive back and raise an issue only to be dismissed like that, why would we waste our time like that. KFC Alex mall manager needs to do better in terms of customer service, in all this instances, he did not apologise for the inconvenience instead he was just defensive.
