KFC Alex mall sells trash straight from the Bins

BAD service at Alex Mall KFC. On saturday 28.12.2019 21:05 (26 MHLONGO) #014 unique code: SA*** I ordered box meals and all I was offered was a piece of trash, which they picked-up by the bins. It smelled bad and it was hard to chew... I literally spend R80 on transport when I had to return the meal back to Alex Mall KFC and I was never compensated for. The night shift manager did not even bother going an extra mile in resolving the abovementioned issue at hand. Takalani and his manager really disappointed me. I STILL feel hard done by KFC in Alex mall. I NEED to be compensated accordingly, NOT HAPPY. someone needs to be held accountable for this bad service, more especially for those who prepared and packed the meal knowingly they were selling to us TRASH. BOTH reg w/z box sf/r for R79. 90 and also reg FL box sf/r for R79. 90 weren't worth what I have paid for. I am looking forward to swift response and appropriate action.
