KFC Alex mall bad service

KFC Alex mall is one of the worst restaurants you can order from , on numerous occasions I've received appalling service from this store . I decided to order via ubereats hoping the order would be much better then me walking in, but then they give the driver an order that is short . I payed in full with delivery but when I call the store I'm told I need to drive there to collect the remainder of my order . I launched a complaint with KFC SA and they were so quick to blame ubereats and redirected me to their customer service it's been 48 hours now and no one has got back to me neither have I received my refund.
