KFC ala ground

I have been ordering for the last month at KFC Montana and every time I get something wrong now this was order number 4 and I am sick and tired of the same lame excuses every time it is just a sorry from the manager nothing done they want to give me chicken that fell on the floor in front of me and just wanted to pick it up ?
