KFC airport city

I bought zinger wings at this KFC and I have to say it was disgusting and when I called the manager she just said oh sorry madam.she offered to replace my wings but when my colleague went to collect it the staff was so unfriendly , gossiping about me that my colleague felt so uncomfortable ...this type of service is totally unexceptable . I'm very disappointed with this service
