KFC air sofa prize no show!

I'm disappointed in the manner in which KFC has treated me as a customer. In December I enter an competition and won an air sofa. I was contacted by kfcvouchers team who took my details and indicated that I'll get my prize in 6weeks time delivered to the address I provided. They even sent me an email confirmation to that effect. 5months down the line and several follow ups I still don't have my prize and funny enough all my email are being ignored, even contacted their call center which also promised to get back to me but never did. Can KFC honour their commitment and give me my prize??
