Kfc.... again!

<p>So we go to kfc at Brookside mall in pietermaritzburg through the drive through... upon exiting, mash n gravy leaks through the packet onto my clothes!! when looking into the packet we see both mash n gravy's we not even closed. car seat messed, clothes messed, fingers messed! is this what we should expect from such a huge franchise?? So I took it back in, and without even an apology nosipho who packs the food for people going through the drive through screams for her manager.. she couldn't even offer me a serviette to clean up my clothes!! So disappointed in that disgusting service... and the cherry on top was waiting 10-minutes inside for them to sort it out.. luckily Nicholas helped n apologised.. which was recognised but I am still appalled by the horrible service received from the drive through. it's so sad considering that we pay for this type of service for such a big franchise. if u can pay so much of money to teach people to prepare the meals.. how about a lesson or two in customer service as well.</p>
