KFC Adderley street dry chicken

I bought 2 buckets of 15 piece at KFC, Adderley street, Cape Town CBD between 12-13h00 on 01/03/2023 for a High Court staff meeting. To our disappointment 80% of chicken was dry pieces. only 2 drum sticks and 1 wing per bucket, but rest all dry pieces cut in half as well. This is very disappointing and they just lost about 19 customers due to this.
