KFC Acropolis mall Phoenix . Worst branch ever

Called in on the 2nd November 2019 at 19:00pm to place an order for delivery as I always do on month ends. Worst customer service ever. The lady who answered was rude as if she was rushing to go home. Then the manager takes over the call. The manager gave a completely different story saying that there is no vehicles to deliver food. Why lie to customers because staff is been lazy.
