Kfc Acropolis mall pathetic service

Hi,

I have recently placed an order for delivery from your Acropolis mall branch in Phoenix, I placed my order for delivery at approximately 8pm and after about 50 mins the driver arrived with the incorrect order, I was advised to accept the order as they close at 9pm and I will not be able to place another order, I queried about my cooldrink and the guy said he will come back which he obviously didn't seem credible enough insisting he finishes his shift in the next 10mins or so and tried to blame the cashier for the incorrect order, however I'm pretty sure the driver is supposed to check the order before leaving.

I called the branch and requested to speak to the manager and I was advised that there is no manager, as a manager by profession myself I know this is not possible as cash ups are done by management in retail. The cashier who took the call was very unprofessional with no call ethics whatsoever as I was not happy and was unable to cancel my order.

I will never be ordering from your Acropolis branch again, I'm not one to complain and previously had an issue with the same branch were I was given an incorrect order when I ate in the branch, however I accepted it as the waiteress was polite warm and friendly and really professional.

This time I was very disappointed as I have been a loyal customer of your branch for many years now.

I have not received any satisfaction from your staff and if I could get the message across I would not recommend KFC Acropolis mall to anyone.
