KFC A *****!! ??

I lodged a complain to KFC Customer Care for bad old funny oily tasting chicken that the manager at KFC Montana Pretoria(one of the many complaints before) insisted was fresh. I went in to show her the "fresh" and she didn't even show her face.

I was offered a replacement meal which I refused and told them I want a refund. Left the chicken there with contact details for KFC Customer Care and have submitted all the relevant proof needed to give my money back. I have been waiting for Customer Care to get back to me and till now, nothing.

KFC Montana do Not know what customer care is. There are only a handful employees there who actually treat a person in a decent manner, the rest are just rude, gossip a lot and just slack in their work.

I STILL WANT MY MONEY BACK KFC. I'M DONE WITH YOU!!
