KFC

I am really disappointed with KFC orlando east, I placed an order online and it was accepted and already in progress. When the driver got to the store for pick up he had to cancel it cause it was not prepared. I received an sms saying a refund has been initiated and I will receive my refund within 7-14 working days. Is this how you treat people at KFC? Why do you even have an online ordering system if you will not attend to our orders. That store needs serious customer services training this is not the 1st time encountering such horrible treatment there. Drive thru you still have to wait for decades while they prepare your order.
