KFC 99 promotion

The 99 Sunday promotion is just a ****. Tried to please an order but all restaurants in Nelspruit were going an error that they are not available for qskip/delivery. I called their call centre and spoke to Kgomotso who failed to assist me, I requested her manager. Waited on the called for over 15 minutes. Manager by the name of Lebogang Mo***eng said it’s an IT matter. He said he’ll log a call and give me feedback. But logging a call was not gonna solve my problem because the promise is for a limited time. This is not professional
