KFC

After receiving an incorrect order and very dry (over cooked) chicken pieces at KFC, corners of HF Verwoerd and Voortrekker Streets in Heidelberg, I filed a complaint via email with their "so called" customer care. This was on the 28th January 2025. They requested certain details from me and I submitted all relevant information. I haven't heard from them since. Not even an apology. Absolutely pathetic!
