Kfc

I am extremely disappointed in KFC, i placed an order for delivery at 19:30 thidls evening, by 21:00 i still didn't receive my food, i called the customer service department i was then put on hikd for a further 45 minutes, damn pathetic. I paid for this food online and received absolutely nothing so what happens to my money.

2nd time in the same week that they let me down....
