14 of December 2023 I went in the drive through at KFC springs (close to parkland hospital) Whoever was working that day she was very rude . she should learn customer service and it was very slow that day . Its not the 1st time this happened that place is slow, drive thorough worse. No apology, all she did was having an attitude , the things i wanted to but weren't available
