KFC

I bought a family feast at KFC for lunch for my family on the Sunday. The chicken was old and dry and on top of it cold. I complained to KFC customer care and all they told me is that the case has been handled and closed. I was never told that here is a KFC voucher for the inconvenience caused. Take your family out on us to KFC. They sent me an email saying that the case is closed. I even sent them photos of the food I bought.
