KFC

I place a omline odder with KfC in Liberty Promanade , the order was a accepted and funds taken from my account . Order was placed on the 4th of July and todate my money has not been refunded .. I called and they advise I need to go to the bank .... how does a big company like KFC take people's money and then you need to call and run after then to get your own money back .
