kfc

i am so ****ed its not even funny, ordering from the kfc app is the worse thing to ever do. last night i ordered food for my child (12) who is in hospital over an hour later i call the store as i know they as i know they ar about to close they tell me "oh no we are canceling the order, we dont have drivers" i explain to them its for my child who is in hospital and hasnt eat can someone come pick it up. they say no and there is nothing they can do.

next day i call again the manager at Amalinda kfc is amazing explain to me what to do... "call customer service they have to sort it out" which i do and Itumeleng tells me they cant deliver still they will refund me by the end of the day. i tell her i dont want refund my child is sitting inhospital and still hasnt eaten, i am not in east london to get him food hence i ordered she just says well there is nothing she can do but no food can be delivered.

Moroesi a confident and rude young lady which i have come across before when my previous order was not delivered and i did not get my food nor refund told me that the will refund in 7 working day. i tell her i dont want a rfund as my child is in hospital if i could i would get the food myself.

she tells me well there is nothing they can or i can place another order. so i ask her should i pay kfc more money not to deliver the food again? she said that not what she said.

what upsets me is they say they dont have drivers i tell them i can organize for the food to be picked as my child still hasnt eaten and is in hospital. even last time i Moroesi rudely told me that the order was delivered and there was nothing she could do. so kfc has brought the delivery idea to take our money and not deliver. my only child is in hospital and i am not in the city to get him food yet i paid kfc. wow wow he waited outside for the food an 9pm after an oparestion and he slept with an empty tummy THANK YOU KFC
