KFC

Just in short. There is a brand new tendency that is start happening. KFC is not a drive through anymore but rather order, make your payment and go wait in the parking lot, we will bring the food to your vehicle while other customers get served with the same outcome. Change the name or the standard to tell people in advance that KFC is not a drive through like in the past where you pay and at the next counter you collect your order. Then people like myself will know.

At the moment KFC in advertising under false intentions because of this self made changes. It was never said that you have to "WAIT" in the parking lot while your order get prepared.

Something is seriously wrong!
