Kfc

On the 8th of December 2020 we ordered online at kfc van der Hoff in Pretoria and got an sms our order is ready but when I got there no one helped me and when I asked for the manager they said he was busy on the phone... Ten minutes later he helped me and said he knows nothing about my order and want to see my order on my phone and only 30 minutes later I got my order... Tonight I went the to the same kfc drive tru and was told my order will be ready in 6 minutes... 10 minutes later I went in and my order was not ready and ask asked them for the manager and they told me he is busy.... 5 minutes after that one of the staff just trough my order on the counter in front of me and just walked away not even asking if my order was right.... When the manager came eventually and told him I was not happy he said he will sort it out later because he is busy with someone on the phone... Yes I did make a seen because there is no customer service cauce a guy after me got his food before me and you can't tell me 6 minutes and 15 minutes later my food get dropped on the counter in front of me
