Kfc

On the 4th of November I went to kfc phalaborwa and I made an order at the kiosk then my money was out and I got an order number, as I waited for my order I sent my child to take care of the order as it even appeared on their screen and she went there they said they want the slip I told them to look for the slip but it wasn't there. So the manger called me so I showed her the message and she said my order number doesn't show and I must go to capitec and I went there I found it was closed so I went back there and they said OK you have a child they gave the food and said to me if they reverse the money please come and pay and I said okay I wil do that. On Monday morning I went to capitec and I was told that go to kfc and tell them to bring up a letter so tht we can reverse the money. So on Tuesday I went there I told them they want a letter at capitec so that the money can be reversed so the manager told this other lady she's working with I dnt know if she's a second in charge or what, I was told to turn off the around so that the manager can talk to me outside their store at the back and I dd that so they where talking and she said take her details and we will tell our IT to look if the money indeed was out so I went back to the store I told the lady tht I'm on maternity leave for doing back on the 9th and tht day was the there on the 7th so she said give me ur names and surname and I did then she said give me ur card and I did she took my card number and expiry date on the back of the card so she said when are you going back to work I said Thursday then she said okay we will call you to let you know what happened yhooo to my surprise the next day on the 8th of November I got a call from someone pretending to be from the labour and he then said my name and said I heard you are on maternity leave d u get your money I said I never claimed any money and why are you asking me about that he said I want to pay you he then read my card number and everything of the back of my card I said where dd u get my details n he said from labour and I said I never submitted anything there where dd u get my details from and as i I told him iam hanging up and he said I've sent you money on ur account and I said I taking chances and I hunged up then after some few minutes my money was gone and I reported at capitec told them my money is missing and they said who did you give your details to I said I only gave my card number to kfc. And they said they won't refund me as I shared my info. So I went to kfc and the lady denied tht I never gave her my card number even the manager said I only wanted the last four number at the back of your card and I said noo the lady u sent to take my info took my card and wrote everything so they called her and she denied everything I said gve me the book to look for the details I gave u and I was not gven the book and Iwas asked if I never gave another store my card number and I said noo. So my money was taken I only gave my details to them.
