KFC- 2Parthenon Street Phoenix. Disgusting service

KFC- Phoenix 2 Parthenon Street, please catch a wake up. Hate ketch up so specified more than twice NO Ketchup. Swap for white sauce. Drive thru gets the full order wrong. I took it into the store. Was told the manager was standing in front. Spoke to cashier with the so called manager hearing the hole story. Specified again NO ketchup only white sauce please. He disappeared without a word so i think he is just a spectator!!! Get to eating the meal and boom ketchup in the burger. I was extremely frustrated by this point to even go back. Second time same damn story. It is not the cashiers faults as they are very audible when screaming "no ketchup only white sauce." Either staff cannot hear or could not be bothered or both. I tried calling the store, no answer so called customer complaints and i am still awaiting for the excuse from this branch as i wasted my money twice as i could not eat the meals. I am ****ed off with this branch. Don,t deserve the 1 star rating.
