KFC

Went to drive thru at kfc gateway just after 10pm, I ordered a family meal and was told that they only had 2 pieces left and can't do the meat, I asked for an alternative and was told they are closing soon.

Online it shows kfc is open 24 hours, at the most I thought they were closing at 11pm, I was there a few min after 10 and they didn't see the need to provide a service to a customer.

Whoever was taking my order didn't even sound like she wanted to help.

I've been disappointed before at kfc Centurion on Lenchen when I waited for almost an hour for my order and people who got there after me kept getting their stuff and leaving, only to find out that they jumped my order number and without an apology, I brushed it under the carpet because I thought perhaps the service at that particular branch doesn't stand out.

But after my experience at kfc gateway, now I believe it's a kfc thing and though the meat may be good, I don't feel I ever want to walk in a kcf restaurant. Unfriendly service and staff, I don't know honestly how customers cope with the attitude they give.
