KFC

I ordered from the KFC app, and I never received my delivery, I phoned the KFC and they told me that my driver never arrived, yet my order was completed and they were not able to deliver it to me, I have not received any feedback from them, as of yet and did not receive my money back, this is Unacceptable as I paid for my order and NO one seems to be able or interested to help me.
