After contacting KFC client services on 22 Sep 2021, l had no feedback regarding the complaint l lodged against the Castle Gate outlet. It seems the whole company is a total disaster, from the bad food quality and service at the outlet to the so called client services who promise feedback within 24 hours. TOTALLY DISGUSTING!
