Kfc

I bought the 2 promotional ice creams with either Oreo or Kit Kat topping for R10 each. Prior to this visit I have already bought from another kfc and the product was filled to the brim as it is a promotional price launch . Then I arrive here and they give me 1 swirl of ice cream in the see through bowl and u can’t even see the ice cream then someone else sits next to me and has the same one but hers is full and perfect like the one I received in the other kfc so my question why are they giving you the amount they want to ? And based on what ? Coz if I can send the pictures I took it will be very shocking
