Worst Service Ever

Today I waited 20+ minutes in what is supposed to be their drive thru service for a simple single meal of r30 after spending 5mins @collection window and being ignored by the slow/tired/sick looking attendant I lost my cool and decided to drive to their entrance & request my money back! I had lost my appetite &quite simply didn't want their food. Only to wait a extra 15minutes for some "Michelle" woman to authorise my r30 refund which she eventually brought in coins with a mumble "sorry"! Cherry on the top I paid with a r50 note and left their premises with no food & r47!!Was refunded a r27 in coins! Horrible services & ****** aswell!KFC Meredale will never see me back again!Disgusted
