07/12/2017 - The drivethru is sh#t because they never ever use the first speaker to take orders and as a result there is a constant queue of at least 9 cars waiting for us to reach the final window where they will take the order, get us to pay and have us wait for the food. Waited over 45 minutes on multiple occasions. Bongani the manager doesn't care, he looked at me as I complained, and said okay. No apology nothing, he said there's too many customers and used the lame excuse of if you order it there, then when you get to the front, your food will be cold. What BS is this, what is this guy smoking!!! can they not keep the food warm. And if they did that for all customers then we will not need to wait 45 minutes and no one's food will get cold !!!
