KFC 22 waiting time

I am really not happy with the service received from KFC both Canal Walk and and Mowbray, Last week KFC Canal Walk couldn't assist with payment method, I needed to pay some funds on my U count and some cash, I was just told we dont allow that , yesterday the same story at Mowbray branch wow can u please update you systems , To top it off we waited a whole 22 mins to get our suppose to be fast food, Whist wait for our food I ordered 2 Cones and this was another story , When I called for the manager all he had to say we are short staff , no apology nothing. R415 spent over 2 weekend and the same story , Really not a Happy with KFC service.
