KFC: 2 hours 45 minutes - Amazing Delivery Time

Efficient Delivery from KFC Tongaat.

Order was placed at 18:17, spoke to lady named Zanele from the call centre. Was advised delivery will be within the next 46-60 minutes. I made a follow up call at 19:43 to find out where they are for which I then spoke to Amanda who transferred me to the branch directly. I was told the food was out for delivery long time ago yet delivery address is max 10 minutes away. Another call was made to find out if we are getting our "supper" at 20:08. I was advised it will be delivered shortly. At 20:20 I made the last and final call directly to KFC Tongaat branch for which I was advised they are 5 minutes away.

Food delivered at 20:42. 2 hours 45 minutes to make KFC.

I'm really keen on seeing what KFC has to say to me.
