KFC *******

KFC app is absolutely the worst to order from, they ***** your money but your order does not get placed. Third time this has happened to me.

I have phoned them three times with a promise a reference number will be emailed to me and sms for my refund. I have yet to receive this. I have sent emails with no response. I had to order from another platform in order to get food for my family. KFC has ****** R182 from me and does not seem they interested in resolving this. They are ******* and I will never support them again. I spent over R300 for dinner and only received the pizza I ordered from a different restaurant as KFC stole my money and my order never placed.
