KFC

On the 17/01/2020 I went to KFC drive through at around 18H22, placed my order and added 2 bottles (440ml) of coke drinks, when I moved to the window for collection we were given two 500Mls cup cokes, I explained to the assistance that we asked for bottles not cups, her reply was that we needed to add on to the money we had payed if it's like that. When I took out the Money to give the lady she then said we should go park the car and get inside to buy. This was total madness cos the error was with the lady who made the mistake with our order, then having to be told to come inside, when it's obvious since we used drive through that we didn't want to go inside
