KFC 1 item not packaged

This past Sunday I was passing by Heildelberg and decided to buy a Family Fiesta meal. I go5 home to realize that the chips were not included in the meal i received. I had previously encountered the same challenge however at a different outlet and decided that this time I'm not letting it slide. I logged a call and after a while got an SMS that I should go and collect the chips at KFC Heidelberg despite having told them that I don't stay in the area, was just passing by... Imagine having to drive over 40kms for a packet of chips, there's certainly no logic there.
