I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with KFC.I found a hair in my food,which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable.

I understand that mistakes can happen,but finding hair in food is a serious hygiene concern and has left me very disappointed with my experience.

Double crunch burger

And kit kat Crusher

I left it alone because we were driving,we stopped in Napier to throw the bags away,we ate while we were drove and my wife found hair in the food,i must have threw all the food away because i don’t know if theres more hair in i must have gone to other place to go by my family food and now im sending in a complaint

I hope you can resolve the matter that was a waste of money
