KentuckyFried **** service

So I've been trying to get the attention of KFC customer service for almost 3 weeks now, I have requested numerous call backs with specific times to contact me and to this day, they either call me at a different time, don't call at all or call to find out if someone had contacted me, to which I respond no and all they say is that they will get someone to call me, but still nothing has happened. Is this what they think and feel about customers? If so, this is absolutely disgusting and appalling behaviour for an international company.
