Kentucky Fried USELESS!!!

At the beginning of September KFC Fourways more than double charged me for an order I never received. Despite weekly calls to their Customer Service Centre (WHAT SERVICE?????) and reassurance it has been approved for a refund/escalated for the refund and who know what else, I am STILL waiting for my refund!!!
