Kentucky fried chicken with no chicken

So KFC in Reservoir Hills has no chicken !!!!! How on earth is this possible ? This has to be the most disgraceful branch in KFC history , always something , last time there were no hash browns for a boxmaster and numerous times there's no crushers available . disgusted !
