Kentucky Fried Chicken - The name says it all...

I stopped supporting KFC about 3 months ago - I got fed up with the poor service received. Bedfordview - you ALWAYS get an incorrect order or something was 'forgotten'. Meyersdal - absolutely useless service. Sunward Park - they never have a full range or products.

The missus knows that I do not support KFC anymore but they still eat it and I have no issue with that as it's not my money being spent in those stores.

So yesterday after a family day out they wanted KFC and I asked if they're sure and was met with a YES.

Against my instinct I went to Sunward Park and experienced the usual... Only 1 cashier! NO zinger wings! NO machine cooldrink! NO creme soda!

I told Hlobisile that management do nothing to improve - and she said yes. I told Hlobisile that the service in the store is horrible - and she said yes. I told Hlobisile that this store should rather close down - and she said yes.

The above is proof enough that even your staff agree that they work for a useless company!!

So KFC, wrt my FaceBook post some time back, I still stand by my words - KEEP YOUR MEAL VOUCHER. I DO NOT want to give you another chance to redeem yourself.

I'M DONE!!

PS: If you think people make up these stories, send your YUM staff with a hidden camera (mystery customer) and post the footage on social media.

No response or anything needed. I just wanted to mention that I give people so many chanced before I write them off. Of course I won't make a dent in your profit, but my family and I will rather take our money elsewhere.
