Kentucky Fried CHICKEN not have CHICKEN???

The service is absolutely horrible! How does Kentucky Fried CHICKEN not have chicken?!?!?!?!?!?! How does this make any sense to anyone reading this? You have one job to do and that is to prepare the food IN YOUR NAME!!!
