Kentucky Fried Chicken, but no Chicken?

<p>I am an avid fan of KFC and visited my local branch in Yeoville. Once I arrived at the front of the queue the lady, Lebo, immediately told me there is no Chicken. I am confused as to how a place specialising in chicken can run out of the very commodity that brings them business? When the chicken arrived which mind you took 30 minutes of my time, the lady did not give a me a chance initially to order as I wanted burgers not chicken but she insisted I wait. I placed my oder for a Fully Loaded box meal, then she told me no burgers were available, instead I must order chicken, then proceeded to tell me the oven is closed and they can't make burgers. I know they close at 22h and I was ordering around 21h...mind you I arrived at 21h...pm</p> <p>She not only stole my time but she was uncurteous, rude and she was unapologetic for her behaviour after the fact. The customer service was poor and unsavoury and she acted as though she were above the job and above me. She spoke down to me and never once did she smiled. This lady, Lebo needs training because she clearly lacks the proper s****. I am in retail myself and work well with people and in future I will never visit or recommend KFC, no matter the location because it is not the first time.</p> <p>I am disappointed!!! Sies!!!</p>
