KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN

I am so heart broken and irritated with the service we received yesterday at KFC Southgate mall food court. We bought six pieces of chicken and one streetwise mix and had to wait for an hour and 10 minutes, no one told me us that our order will take long and when my brother asked the lady by the name of Hlakuna how long are to still wait for the order she said 5 minutes. We continued waiting for another 20 minutes after asking Hlakuna how long will it take to get our order, we ended up asking her to refund us and all she did was look at us and said nothing. It is so frustrating to wait forever for just chicken and don't even get feedback on what is going on, they should have just told us from the time we were buying that the chicken is still on the stove and will be ready after an hour or so. KFC Southgate Mall food court sucks and will never ever recommend it to anyone.
