Kentucky Fried Chaos

KFC (Northcliff/Blackheath) has to be the most consistently horrible place to deal with. On more than 6 occasions, consecutively, I have arrived there and waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru or had the most terrible service. Being employed in the retail space myself, I understand that sometimes things don't run as smoothly as one would like... But EVERY DAY?? Not once have I had a pleasant experience at that place.

Today I ordered a Hazelnut cappuccino. I asked the lady 3 times if it was available and she said yes. Upon receiving my order I asked the other lady if it was the right order and she said that they don't have Hazel nut. I asked why the other lady took the order then and she just shrugged. I had already paid for the order and since I was on my way to work, I didn't want to waste time with this bunch of *********** beings. That was definitely the last time I use that KFC. It cannot be that EVERY TIME something has to go wrong.
