Karaglen is WORST KFC FRANCHISE

I can safely say that I will never go back to Karaglen KFC. FIRST, they botch a simple order - Family meal with 3 sides. Then, after speaking to the manager, we drive all the way back to correct their mistake only to get home and find the chicken RAW. I guess this is what good old South African service come to...

To say I'm disappointed in KFC Karaglen, would be an understatement and if I never take my family back there, it would be too soon.

Having visited a few KFC outlets, around the province and being spoilt by exceptional service and meal quality, I am disappointed by the drop in quality and service at a restaurant I held as the Bar of standards, which every outlet should aim to achieve.

Thanks KFC Karaglen for spoiling what should have been a perfect family night.
