*** Fried Chicken

on the 14th Dec 07:14,I decided to buy food for my friends at Kfc kroonstad near shoprite. I ordered the food from Nthabiseng.As soon as we got in the car we noticed they didnt give us the streetwise we ordered instead they just added a mini loaf.

I decided to go back at the store and inform Nthabiseng,We showed her the slip and she noticed not everything was processed,As we asked her questions about our order she walked out on us to serve other customer.That really ****ed us off then when she returned we asked her why did she walk out,she says she was helping other customers,then we asked aint we customers as well?we already bought and not everything we ordered was there,she started making unnecessary noise,because of that my friend suggested can we talk with the manager.

Frustrated as she is (Nthabiseng)walked out again on us,Then we asked some guy to please call the manager for us.Th manager(Puleng) was receiving stock.Guess what the manager said? She is busy,rather than saying could you please wait I will attended to you she told one of the employee that tell them am busy...that really angered and frustrated us even worse because 1st of all we buy with our money that we worked for,We not a charity case that they always collect R2 for,We all the way from Johannesburg. Then we receive such treatment. Whoever owns that franchise your service is ***. I thought i should inform other "CUSTOMERS". What kind of a business where their employees including the manager are this rude?Never-days,I demand they be disciplined....****ED UP SERVICE!!!
